IF DOBLE / DOUBLE

Para empezar la semana, el IF , Illustration friday.
En este caso la consigna era "Doble" , trabajé como siempre con telas de algodón, algo de pintura y puntadas a mano como a mi me gusta, tambien sigo practicando la técnica de Freehand Cutting que me gusta mucho por la libertad que se puede lograr, y al ser pequeño el formato, me permite jugar, divertirme y hacer estos ejercicios creativos.

To begin the week, the IF, Illustration Friday.
In this case the subjet is "Double." I worked as I always do with cotton fabric, some paint and stitch by hand as I like, also keep practicing Cutting Freehand technique that I love for freedom can be achieved, and to be small format, I can play, have fun and make these creative exercises.

IF ILLUSTRATION FRIDAY: GIANT

Como está pasando la semana!!!!!!!!!!! el tópico del ILLUSTRATION FRIDAY de esta semana es GIGANTE GIANT , y aquí va lo que preparé en una obrita textil, espero que les guste, por lo menos a quien va dirigida jajjajaja.

Está trabajada con la técnica de Freehand Cutting y con telas de puro algodón , y terminaciones a mano.

It worked with Freehand Cutting technique and pure cotton fabrics, and finishes by hand.

Mi corazón se vé pequeñito en el universo, pero tiene tanto amor para vos que se vuelve gigante como el universo mismo!!!!!!!!!!!!

My heart is small in the universe, but has so much love for you to become giant as the universe itself !!!!!!!!!!

IF PAISLEY

Bueno, esta obra textil la hice para el Ilustration Friday de esta semana, cuyo tópico es Paisley. Yo recorté un trozo de tela de algodón y lo apliqué sobre un fieltro amasado a mano, de lana de oveja que había hecho hace un tiempo, sobre el cual apliqué una técnica de fieltro agujado, con vellón teñido por mí con tintes naturales obtenidos de plantas que crecen cerca de mi casa, el color rosado lo conseguí con un poco de cochinilla que es muy difícil de obtener.
Despues de esto revaloricé la forma con puntadas de hilos de bordar plateado y canutillos de cristal.
Sus medidas son: 12,5 por 9 centímetros.


Well, this textile work I did for Illustration Friday this week, whose topic is PAISLEY.
I cut a piece of fabric, and applied in on a hand- kneaded felt wool, on wich applied a technique of felt needles fleese needle by me with natural dyes from plants that grow near my house, I got the pink colour with a little cochineal which is very difficult to obtain.
After that revaluing the edges with stitches of embroidery threads and glass beads.
Her measurements are: 12.5 cm. by 9 cm.
